The 28' x 70' unit "DD" to a 42' x 70 '"DDD" or 56' x 70'"DDDD" offer a variety of possible floor plans for a full service operation. These buildings offer multiple teller stations, drive up window with deal drawer and audio system, enclosed offices, conference rooms, lobby and work areas, breakroom, ADA compliant restrooms, and air conditioner/heating units.

This modular building offers a variety of floor plans for a full-service facility. This major office facility gives you a look of permanence and works well for a long period of time. Many of our customers use these buildings for several years, or as permanent quarters for a main location or branch. The "DD" unit accommodates a large staff of six to fifteen, and can provide the institution with comfortable, spacious surroundings while a new construction or remodeling project is undertaken.
