Unit Specifications: "D" Unit

The most popular size building in MPA's inventory is the "D" unit. It is a 14' x 70' full service facility, easily accommodating a staff of four to ten. This unit has three inside teller stations, bullet-resistive glass drive up window with deal drawer and audio system, night depository and safe, large lobby area, one to two enclosed offices, work area, break area, two ADA compliant restrooms and an air conditioner/heating unit.

Uses:

This building provides adequate space for a staff of five to ten. It is very functional and offers a look of permanence. The "D" unit works well when testing an area for a branch before expending capital to build a permanent structure, temporary quarters during construction or a remodeling project, and for a long period of time.
