Our buildings allow customers to quickly and economically establish a new retail location, have a facility for use during a remodeling project or new construction, or have a permanent facility available on short notice, or in a disaster situation.

MPA's Disaster Recovery Facilities Program provides subscribers an economical means of having a fully functional, temporary bank building delivered to their location within 24 to 72 hours following a disaster. This enables financial institutions to comply with federal guidelines mandating that a replacement facility be available.
