UNIT FEATURES
Note: All units are carpeted throughout, electrically heated, air
conditioned, well lighted and are equipped with drive-up windows,
teller lines, undercounter steel pedestals, and night depositories.
All, except the "A" units, have ADA-compliant restrooms
and a water heater. Additional remote drive-up lanes can be added
to most of the buildings as well as ATM's.

"A" Unit
The "A" unit is 5' x 8' or 6'
x 8' and used for drive-up purposes. It is equipped for
one teller with a bullet-resistive glass drive-up window,
deal drawer, audio system, undercounter steel pedestal,
and an air conditioner/heating unit. This unit is great
for remodeling projects and branches.

"B" Unit
The "B" unit is an 8'x 20'
building in the two styles shown to the side for drive-up
purposes. These buildings are equipped for two tellers
to work opposing lanes of traffic or for use with an
overhead pneumatic system for several lanes. Buildings
are equipped with bullet-resistive glass windows, deal
drawers, audio systems, undercounter steel pedestals,
night depository and safe, restroom, and an air conditioner/heating
unit.

"MC" Unit
The "MC" unit is a walkup teller
building. It has a small lobby and is equipped with two
teller stations behind a wall of bullet-resistive glass
and steel doors. Undercounter steel pedestals and an air
conditioner/heating unit are also included. In addition,
it has a storage closet.

"C" Unit
The "C" unit is a 12' x 40' full
service facility. This building is a popular choice for
institutions testing an area for branching or for any location
where only a small staff is required. The building has a
bullet-resistive glass drive-up window with deal drawer
and audio system, night depository and safe, two inside
teller stations, undercounter steel pedestals, lobby area,
work/office area, one ADA-compliant restroom and an air
conditioner/heating unit.

"CC" Unit
The "CC" unit is a 28' x 40' full
service facility with a variety of possible floor plans.
This unit has a bullet-resistive glass drive-up window with
deal drawer and audio system, night depository and safe,
two to three inside teller stations, lobby area, work area,
enclosed office(s), ADA-compliant restrooms, and two air
conditioner/heating units.

"MCC" Unit
The 28' x 50' "MCC" modular building offers a
variety of floor plans for a full service facility. This
major office facility gives you the space you need to
work out of for a long period of time. Many of our customers
use these buildings for several years or as a permanent
main location or branch. The "MCC" unit accommodates a
staff of five to 10 and can provide the institution with
spacious, comfortable surroundings while a new construction
or remodeling project is being undertaken.
This building is equipped with a bullet resistive glass
drive-up window with deal drawer and audio system, a dual
head night depository and receiving safe, three inside
teller stations, undercounter steel pedestals for each
teller, lobby area, check writing stand, enclosed offices,
work area(s), lounge area, storage/equipment room, ADA-compliant
restrooms and two air conditioner/heating units.

"CD" Unit
The "CD" unit is a 12' x 60' full
service facility equipped with two inside teller stations,
bullet-resistive glass drive-up window with deal drawer
and audio system, night depository and safe. This unit offers
a nice size lobby area with an enclosed office, work/office
area, two ADA-compliant restrooms and an air conditioner/heating
unit.

The "MD" unit is a 14' x 60' full
service facility equipped with three teller stations, bullet-resistive
glass drive-up window with deal drawer and audio system,
night depository and safe. This unit has a good size lobby
area, one to two enclosed offices, work area, two ADA-compliant
restrooms and an air conditioner/heating unit.

"D" Unit
MOST POPULAR SIZE
The most popular size building in MPA's inventory is the "D"
unit. It is a 14' x 70' full service facility,
easily accommodating a staff of four to ten. This unit
has three inside teller stations, bullet-resistive glass
drive-up window with deal drawer and audio system, night
depository and safe, large lobby area, one to two enclosed
offices, work area, break area, two ADA-compliant restrooms
and an air conditioner/heating unit.

"DD" Unit
The 28' x 70' unit ("DD") to a 42' x 70' ("DDD")
or 56' x 70' ("DDDD") offers a variety of possible
floor plans for a full service operation. These buildings
offer multiple teller stations, drive-up window with deal
drawer and audio system, enclosed offices, conference rooms,
lobby and work areas, breakrooms, ADA-compliant restrooms,
and air conditioner/heating units.
