	To Whom It May Concern: In early 1997, I recognized the need in our area for a truly local bank, designed to serve the fine people in our area. With this in mind, I proceeded to organize Ouachita Independent Bank. We purchased real estate in West Monroe, in hopes of building a nice facility to accommodate our customers. Realizing a need for a temporary building, we began to negotiate with MPA Systems to lease a temporary building to house our bank in West Monroe. Upon execution of a lease with MPA, they promptly began working with our architect in having the temporary building moved and setup on our site. I have always been very pleased with the building we leased from MPA and found our dealings with that company to be very satisfactory and of a professional nature. MPA has always fulfilled every aspect of their portion of the lease, and has reimbursed OIB for any expenditure made for repairs for which MPA had agreed to be responsible. Our bank has progressed very nicely and we have purchased an additional bank building in West Monroe, but continue to operate a branch in the temporary modular building leased from MPA as well. Dear Ms. Shaw: In 1996, Gateway National Bank made three wise and important decisions. First, it was decided to open a new facility in Mesquite, Texas. Second, it was decided to open in a temporary building and begin developing business while construction of the permanent facility took place. Third, MPA was chosen to supply that temporary building. For the first year, GNB operated out of MPA’s temporary building with a tremendous amount of community acceptance.
