MPA's buildings enable a customer to quickly and economically establish a new retail location, have a facility for use during a remodeling project or new construction, have a permanent facility available on short notice or in a disaster situation.

MPA's Disaster Recovery Facilities Program provides subscribers, very economically, the ability to have a fully functional temporary bank building within 24 to 72 hours of a disaster to the covered location. This enables the institution to continue to serve its customer base and, in the case of financial institutions, to comply with federal guidelines mandating a replacement facility being available.
